Privacy Policy
This policy covers the website paydirtfiles.com and PayDirt Publisher, the in-house tool PayDirt Files ("we", "us") uses to publish our own videos. It explains what data we access, why, how long we keep it and how you can remove it.
1. Who uses PayDirt Publisher
PayDirt Publisher is used only by the PayDirt Files team to upload videos to accounts we own: YouTube @paydirtfiles, TikTok @paydirtfiles, Instagram @paydirtfiles and X @paydirtfiles. It is not offered to the public. It does not sign in to, read from or post to anyone else's account.
2. Data we access through platform APIs
When our own account authorizes PayDirt Publisher, we access only what is needed to publish:
- YouTube (YouTube API Services): permission to upload videos, set titles, descriptions, thumbnails and captions, and read the upload status of videos on our channel.
- TikTok: basic profile information of our account (display name, avatar) and permission to send our videos to our account.
- Instagram (Meta): basic profile information of our professional account and permission to publish our videos and images to it.
- X: permission to post on our account.
We do not access, collect or store data about viewers, commenters or any other users through PayDirt Publisher. We do not sell or share data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. YouTube API Services
PayDirt Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke PayDirt Publisher's access to a Google account at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
4. Storage and retention
- Access tokens are stored encrypted on our own systems and are used only to publish approved videos.
- Data returned by platform APIs (for example, a video's upload status) is kept no longer than needed and never longer than 30 days.
- If access is revoked, we delete the related tokens and data within 7 days.
5. Data deletion
To ask us to delete any data we hold, email contact@paydirtfiles.com with the subject "Data deletion". We confirm and delete within 7 days. You can also remove our access directly: Google (link above), TikTok (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services), Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites) and X (Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions).
6. This website
paydirtfiles.com does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It is served through Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not receive or keep that data.
7. Third-party content
Our videos are hosted on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X. When you watch them there, each platform's own privacy policy applies.
8. Children
Our content is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes and contact
